Terms & Conditions — gbk303 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" / "gbk303" — refers to the online sports betting and casino services accessible at https://gbk303.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" — any individual who creates a registered account on the gbk303 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited directly by the Player, distinct from any bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total turnover a Player must generate before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Restricted Territories" — jurisdictions in which access to gbk303 services is prohibited by local law.
• "Business Hours" — 09:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7), Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through gbk303's own self-exclusion mechanism or any third-party responsible-gaming program, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which your account remains active.

To access the full range of gbk303 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on gbk303. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number, must be accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. gbk303 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account, whether or not that activity was authorized by you.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify gbk303 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. gbk303 reserves the right to levy a monthly administration fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

gbk303 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment for all members. As part of this commitment, we require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon) used to deposit funds, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, gbk303 may request documentation demonstrating the lawful origin of funds deposited into your account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a formal request will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. gbk303 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be met and to return deposits to the original payment source.

5.1 Deposits

gbk303 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banking channels, including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. The following conditions govern deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method and active promotions.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• gbk303 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank may apply its own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by bank but are typically near-instant during banking hours (WIB).

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All withdrawal requests must be submitted to a bank account registered in your own name that matches your gbk303 account details.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during business hours, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements.
• gbk303 processes a minimum of one free withdrawal per day. Additional same-day withdrawals may be subject to a small processing fee as communicated on the platform.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied.

5.3 Currency

All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals in foreign currencies are not supported. gbk303 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank.

gbk303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have met all KYC requirements. Bonuses claimed by Players in breach of eligibility conditions will be voided.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, and specialty game activity on the gbk303 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by gbk303. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded or where an error in odds has occurred.
• Odds Errors: In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, gbk303 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account.
• Match Integrity: Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the deliberate manipulation of a sporting event will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the specific selection and odds conditions outlined on the sports betting page. A single void leg in a mix parlay will typically reduce the accumulator rather than void the entire bet — refer to the platform's mix parlay rules for full details.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. gbk303 does not guarantee that a specific price will be available when a bet is placed. Network latency is acknowledged as an inherent risk of in-play wagering.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game or system malfunction during a live casino session, all bets in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. gbk303 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a malfunction.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, arbitrage systems, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between Players in live poker, live dealer games, or other multi-player environments is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

• Any losses sustained as a direct result of gambling activity on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbk303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform.
• Failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Detection of prohibited betting strategies or collusive behavior.

In the event of account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, gbk303 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered bank account within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will result in the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance after satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbk303 holds its operating license. By registering an account, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute between gbk303 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gbk303 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.

gbk303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the gbk303 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
